PART 2: "CAN'T TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW..."

Change is hard for Dynamite Jones...(and even harder for others!)...


As you can see, the story became a super hero parody; which ultimately was it's kiss of death. "We've all seen it before". It's true, we have.

The main through line of the piece was the father/son relationship between Dynamite and his son. I tried to inject as much "heart" as possible.

Well yeah the Super Hero parody has been done to death, but really it matters the way it's done like having a "great evil" that wants death to the world, lame. Anyhow maybe the only amazing parody was the "Justice Pals" from Dexter's Lab. It had the right idea making the characters not based on characters, but putting characters from a sitcom in as characters based on heroes. Still I haven't seen your cartoon, which would be choice in the future.
