A long time ago...in a year called 2003...there was a pilot that tested waaaaaay better than anything on TV today. In a land called WB and oversaw by an overlord that's had many faces and names called CN, there walked but a tiny Circus Peanut who had dreams as big as his best friend Francis.
It's champions, albeit "Davids" in David and Goliath proportion to the powers that be were Matt Danner, Aaron Simpson, the boys of 6point Harness (before they were), Kim Olds...and yours truly.
Enjoy.

Thank god for YouTube! Giving the people what's been denied to them: Silly cartoons!!!
Yeah; remember those??? Real cartoons CREATED by actual cartoonists, go figure!
Thank you Chris Battle for enabling my technical capacities...
Man... this show would have been so much fun.
Thank you for the comment and visiting my blog, Andy!
That was a fun cartoon, but my favorite part was the contrast between foreground and background. LOVED the traditional watercolor/crayon/chalk backgrounds and the fact that some of the characters were monochrome for some shots. Most of the flashtoons these days look like they're 'painted' with all the same thing and aren't as interesting. This show REALLY popped. I'm actually kind of jealous, though you ARE a pro. Thanks for posting this!
God damnit! AWSOME! And I freaking love the drawings in your last post. The dude with the foam finger feels like a projerian kid. In a good way!
Ah, the legendary Circus Peanut. It's great to finally see it, man. Absolutely beautiful!
Man...This looks Freakin Awesome!:(
Hi Andy! WOW! That's one of the coolest cartoons--- and yodeling too!
:)mm
Woah. I've never heard of this before, but man, it's awesome. Absolutely love the hand painted bgs and the cartoon itself is a great mix of funny and gross. So, who do you have to hump to get a good cartoon like this picked up?
Also, your drawings in the previous post are wicked good!
